  • Book an Appointment

You CAN text to book or use the "Book Us” button at the top to access our online booking link (Meevo). Meevo is NOT always accurate, so if you do not see something that meets your schedule please send us a text!

  • Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed online. If there is no response 24 hours prior to your appointment, it will NOT be held.

  • New Client Deposit

New clients REQUIRE a credit card deposit to book.

  • Late Arrival

If you’re running late for your appointment, please call the salon. Also, it’s at the stylist’s discretion how much of your service can be completed.  If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment and be charged for half of your booked service.

  • Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect both your time and the time and livelihood of our stylists and salon. All appoints must be confirmed the day prior or they will be canceled. 

If you need to cancel your appointment we please ask that you give us no less than 24 hours notice.  If you have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice or fail to show up to your appointment then you will be billed 50% of the reserved service(s). Failure to show for your appointment will result in a full service charge.  These fees will be billed via Square Invoice and must be paid to reserve a future appointment

For your convenience, we offer a confirmation text prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm by 3pm the day prior to your appointment 

We ask that you please keep us updated on any changes to your contact information.

  • Additional Guests

We LOVE you and your children! However, due to limited capacity and for everyone’s safety, children are only permitted in the salon with an appointment for themselves. Please no additional guests for your visit.

  • Service Guarantee

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services. Therefore, we do ask that you contact the salon  within 5 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require.  We are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you and want you to love your new look.

  • Disclaimer

All pricing is based on a level system and product used to perform each service.  Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs.  If you have any questions on specific pricing, then we urge you to book a separate day consultation for a specific price quote.

  • Parking

Unfortunately, we have limited parking spaces for our guests.  If the parking lot is full please utilize the free street parking on Yeamans Hall Rd at the Sledge St. intersection.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
