Ashley Brace

Ashley has been a stylist in the Charleston area for 18 years! She attended cosmetology school simultaneously while in business school at Charleston Southern University. She lives right here in Hanahan and is so excited to serve her local community.

Ashley has a major passion for hair color, hence the salon name Theory, and that passion has taken her all over the US both as a student AND instructor of various color classes. Hopefully you like having your photo taken because she loves sharing hair transformations via her social media @charlestoncolorist to her 11k+ followers! Feel free to ask any haircare questions while in her chair as educating her guests is also a major passion of hers.

As a mother of 4 young children and a salon owner, Ashley stays pretty busy so be sure to book your appointments NOW since she tends to book out quite a while!

Kristen O’Neill

Kristen lived and worked as a stylist in NY before moving to SC in 2014. She has now been a stylist in the Charleston area for the past 8 years. She resides in Summerville with her family, but is enjoying all Hanahan has to offer!

Kristen is passionate about all thing beauty related with specialties in upstyling and make-up though she also loves doing color and Brazilian blowouts. Check out her work on instagram @bobbies_and_blush.

Alyssa Cabit

Alyssa worked in TN as a stylist before moving to Charleston, SC to be closer to family and for her husbands job. She loves color guests, cutting, is great with special events and making you feel absolutely amazing.

Kenna is from Summerville, SC. She is a graduate of Fort Dorchester and she loves all things curly hair as she is a curly queen herself!

Madelyn Driggers

Madelyn graduated from Paul Mitchell in September of 2022 and recently became state board certified. After years as an associate at Theory Collective, she is excited to take on her own clients!

Her passions are blonding and creating lived-in colors. She is also certified in spray tanning and extensions! Outside of work, you can find her enjoying a good book or hunting for great deals at TJ Maxx and Ross.

Presley Varella

Presley grew up in the Hanahan area and hopes to move back soon, but currently lives in Summerville, SC. She has a degree from Trident Tech in cosmetology as well as accounting.

Licensed in both esthetics and cosmetology, Presley has passion for hyping up others and wants every client to leave feeling exceptionally better than when they walked in! She has a heart for skin care and gives the most amazing, relaxing facials. Presley loves all aspects of hair, but excels with children from all her years working in a day care. Reagan Ladd

Reagan recently moved here from Kentucky. She received her business degree and then shortly after attended Paul Mitchell the school for cosmetology.

She is passionate about bridal & special events hair, blonding, lived-in color, and cuts. Her main goal is to help her clients feel comfortable and beautiful every time they sit in her chair.

Scout Spranza

Scout is from New Jersey and has worked as a stylist in Hawaii before moving to Charleston in 2025.

She has had a passion for hair since elementary school and is so grateful for a career in doing what she loves! She enjoys coloring and creating lived-in looks.
